Mine on Monday {CT Child Photographer}

Just a few snapshots from this weekend.  I love this first one of Hannah because she has recently learned to “pump” while on the swings.  She is so so proud of herself that she can get herself going and get up really high.  And I love that my petite little girl still has her baby belly.

And then there is Leah.  I love how this hot hot weather makes her hair get all wavy and curly.

We had a great weekend with neighbors and friends!

Mini-Sessions – #3 {Kalamazoo Family Photographer}

Another Kalamazoo minisession!  The weather forecast did not look promising for this family. Rain all morning long.   So I brainstormed some inside places in downtown Kalamazoo.  But the photography gods smiled on us that day…the rain went away and the sun started shining.  So we were able to continue with our session as planned.  We laughed and giggled (well mostly, the kids laughed and giggled) all around Bronson Park.  Thank you Robert, Patti, Teah and Carter for a fun session

I dare you not to giggle.

Mini-sessions – #2 {Kalamazoo family photographer}

These beautiful children are from my second minisession while in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Seriously, how adorable are they?  I know Andrea really wants a family shot of all five of them but when I saw this photo of her older daughter, I was struck by how much she looks like her mom did at that age…I just had to get it on the blog.  (Yes, Andrea and I went to school together back in the day and if not for the wonders of facebook, I wouldn’t have been able to meet her wonderful family.)  Then of course, if I put Gabriella on the blog…I couldn’t leave out Jackson and cute little Delaney!  I promise to share a family shot at a later date but I couldn’t resist these cute faces for today!

Miss Gabriella

Jackson (we also got a few fun golf ones of this guy!)

Delaney girl – check out her curls!

Minisessions – #1 {Kalamazoo Family Photographer}

While visiting family in the midwest, I had the opportunity to do some park minisessions while in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  This is the first family that I met up with in Crane Park.  It was hot and sunny and mosquitoes were in full force but they were troopers.  And lucky for them, since I came home with about 20 bites, I doubt the mosquitoes had time to do too much damage with anyone else!  I adore the matching dimples on these three.

This is Isabella…she is the baby of the family.  Isn’t she gorgeous?!?

This is Lucas.  I am sure those eyes and curls are going to have a lot of girls headed his way in a few years!

And this is Felippe.  The last time I saw Felippe I think he was maybe 6 or 7.  Imagine my surprise when I realized he is now a teenager!  He told me he didn’t want to smile but his mom said that he had too.

And I have to say I love the smile in this photo.  While it is certainly not a huge smile, you can see this subtle smile all the way up to his eyes.
