7 days new {MA newborn photographer}

This little beauty already has a mind of her own.  I wasn’t expecting to meet her for another couple of weeks!  Alessandra is here and so precious!  Her mom and dad are so in love with her already…and I think  her Nana is quite attached herself!  This tiny one is already a daddy’s girl…it was beautiful to watch her respond to his voice.

Welcome to the world baby Alessandra and congrats to new mom and dad, Elia and Mark!

The Sweet Penny Rose {MA newborn photographer}

This morning I was lucky enough to meet my cousin’s daughter, Penny Rose and capture her sweetness with my camera.  I LOVE newborn shoots…there is something so special about those tiny babies so fresh and new.  Penny was by far the easiest newborn that I have ever photographed.  She slept heavily and allowed me to pose her however I chose – with the exception of her exhibitionist moves during part of our session.  Penny, your Great Grandma Rose would have told you to cross your legs like a lady!

Congrats to new parents Beth and Jacobe and to all four new grandparents!

And the fog rolled in {CT family photographer}

This weekend I had a family session that was rained out on Saturday so we rescheduled for Sunday evening.  I was so excited when I left my house…the sun was shining and the sky was bright blue! Ten miles later the fog came out of nowhere.  So while we didn’t get to capture the “Connecticut Seashore” due to fog so heavy that you couldn’t see the water, we had fun and Milo thinks I am funny.

I first met Milo when he was about 2 months old.  We hung out again when he was 8 months old.  Now Big Boy Milo is 1 and just as cute as ever!  It was so fun to watch him grow over the past year and capture these moments for his mom and dad.
